Engaged by iLine Construction, Stiles and Hooker developed the architectural, civil and structural design to for this new purpose-built manufacturing/office facility, located in the heart of the Golden Triangle.

Riverlea Group required larger premises to accommodate their various business groups, including Armorsteel roofing profile roll formers.

The Stiles & Hooker team created an industrial focused, function driven design that included high-spec offices with a large warehouse and a roll forming bay complete with a 30m span 6.3T SWL overhead gantry crane running 70m.

Structural steel framing, precast walls, suspended floors (Comflor composite floor system), feature precast panels with coloured concrete with board form finish, were used to successfully complete this 9400m² footprint.

Stiles and Hooker also undertook the civil design of yardwork, water supply, stormwater and wastewater drainage.
