This project is located in Hamilton in the growing industrial suburb Te Rapa.

This project involved the relocation of factory and operations for the production of plastic goods under controlled conditions for hygiene, as well as offices for the staff and management team. Stiles and Hooker produced a scope document which included the structural design and architectural sketch design.

With the function of the building paramount, focus was aimed to satisfy the pragmatic requirements first and create a logical flow within the building, with the design appropriately addressing the issues of a hygienic manufacturing environment.
