Garry Murtagh, of the Waikato firm Murtagh Construction, engaged Stiles and Hooker Engineering and Architecture to develop the concept ideas for new workshop and office spaces.

The building incorporates office space and the ability to divide the building into multiple tenancies depending on the space requirements.

Immediately on completion international dairy equipment firm, Lely, moved in.

The building comprises

• 300 sq.m of ground and first floor office space
• 890 sq.m steel framed warehouse space, with multiple roller shutter and personnel access doors for potential multiple lease areas
• Tin cladding, precast concrete boundary fire walls, timber framed offices, concrete yard space and a rainwater detention system
